Signing a memorandum of understanding between the UAE University and INJAZ Al-Yemen Foundation in support of student leadership and creativity

 The Emirates International University, represented by its President, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofari, and the INJAZ “Yemen” Foundation, represented by the Executive Director of the Foundation, Mr. Majid Al-Shamiri, signed a memorandum of understanding to implement a number of programs, training activities and workshops in the field of business aimed at enhancing students’ skills and expanding opportunities for them to enter the labor market competently.

 During the signing of the agreement, which was attended by the Dean of the Development and Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, and Ms. Jamila Al-Sharjabi, the Development Officer, the University President, Dr. Nasser Al-Mofari, considered that the university is keen to provide practical opportunities for students to hone their skills and enhance their abilities towards creativity, excellence, and fruitful thinking to manage their businesses themselves, and train them to achieve this. Enabling them to exercise leadership roles in a practical context that aligns the academic programs and practical training opportunities through practice and simulation with what exists in the labor market.

 The memorandum of understanding included the implementation of a number of programs and activities, including the company’s program aimed at establishing small student companies as one of the most important programs that university students will implement in cooperation with the Injaz Foundation for a period of 12 weeks, aiming to provide students with the economic thinking skills necessary to enter the labor market with confidence and ability and supporting self-employment trends. .
