Inauguration of the discussion of innovative industrial graduation projects for students of the sixth batch of the Mechatronics Engineering Department

 

 University notification

 

 Today, Sunday, the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the university launched a discussion of innovative industrial graduation projects for students of the Mechatronics Engineering Department, the sixth batch of the academic year 1444 AH, corresponding to 2022-2023 AD. In the presence of the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Moufari, the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, the Head of the Mechatronics Engineering Department, Dr. Radwan Al-Bathiji, and members of the discussion committees, supervision committees, and the university student forum.

 

 In his speech during the inauguration, the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Al-Moufari, praised the level of projects presented by the students, which reflect their excellence and their ability to innovate and apply their skills acquired during their years of study at the university.

 

 The university president emphasized that the submitted projects reflect the university's keenness to develop the skills of its students and prepare them for the labor market according to the latest international standards, and to provide innovative solutions to the problems facing society.

 

 The Dean of the College gave a brief presentation on the objectives of the innovative industrial graduation projects, the criteria for their evaluation, and the number of projects that will be discussed within two weeks. He stressed that the College of Engineering seeks to prepare highly qualified students who are able to compete in the local and international labor market.

 

 The innovative industrial graduation projects for the first group of sixth batch students include a variety of applications in the fields of industry, health, the environment, and artificial intelligence.. Among the most prominent of these projects that were discussed today:

 

 1. Design and implementation of a CNC machine with five axes.. Submitted by students: Ahmed Ali Ahmed Salah, Ahmed Moeed Ali Moeed, Afif Muhammad Ali Al-Afif, Muhammad Mansour Hilal Al-Abadi, Muhannad Hussein Al-Abd Al-Ahmar, Abdul Rahman Hussein Nasser Hussein Al-Abab, and Daris Abdullah Saleh Al-Joubi. The project is supervised by Dr. Hatem Al-Dais and Engineer Saad Al-Balta. The discussion committee: Dr. Nasser Al-Moufari, Dr. Fouad Hanash, Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi, Dr. Radwan Al-Bathiji and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Tuwaiti.

 

 2. A medical follow-up system for measuring blood pressure, heart rate, and sugar without pricking. Submitted by the student: Hajar Abdel-Wahhab Al-Thalia. And the supervision of Dr. Hatem Al-Dais and M. Saad Al-Batinah. The discussion committee: Dr. Nasser Al-Moufari, Dr. Fouad Hanash, Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi, Dr. Radwan Al-Bathiji, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Tuwaiti and Dr. Farouk Al-Fahidi.

 

 3. The Finder HIMO Project Presented by the students: Farah Al-Aghbari, Farah Al-Shalali, Donia Al-Basir and Bisan Abbas. The project is supervised by Dr. Farouk Al-Fahidi and Dr. Radwan Al-Bathiji. The discussion committee: Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Tuwaiti, in addition to the supervising committee.

 

 4. Project Design and implementation of coffee sifting machine is a machine that sorts and sifts coffee beans. The project is supervised by Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi and Dr. Radwan Al-Bathiji. The discussion committee: Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi, Dr. Farouk Al-Fahidi, Dr. Hisham Aklan, Dr. Muhammad Al-Khawlani, Professor Saad Al-Balta and Professor Muhammad Osama.
