The President of the University and the Secretary-General are briefed on the procedures for preparing for the implementation of the expansion plan in the College of Dentistry

 

 University notification

 

 The President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kamim, and the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Fouad Hanash, visited the Faculty of Dentistry this Saturday morning, to see the details of the preparation for the implementation of the expansion plan in the clinics and the various laboratories of the college.

 

 The President of the University and the Secretary-General of the University met with the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Shami, and a number of heads of departments and members of the faculty of the college, where they listened to a detailed explanation of the procedures taken by the college to start implementing the expansion plan, its stages of implementation, and its desired goals.

 

 The President of the University confirmed that the expansion plan in the College of Dentistry, which includes the creation of a new clinic that contains no less than 40 modern and advanced dental chairs, as well as 40 phantom devices, and the root treatment laboratory, which contains 20 rotary devices, various laboratories and devices, aims to raise the level of quality in medical education, improve health services provided to patients, and increase the efficiency of students and interns trained in university clinics.

 

 For his part, the Secretary General of the University indicated that the expansion plan in the College of Dentistry is one of the most important projects being implemented by the University at the present time, and that it will contribute to strengthening the position of the College of Dentistry at the local level.

 

 At the end of the visit, the University President and the Secretary General of the University toured the College of Dentistry, where they inspected clinics and laboratories, and were briefed on the progress of work in them.

 

 The President of the University and the Secretary-General of the University expressed their happiness with what they saw of the dedication of the staff of the Faculty of Dentistry, and expressed their confidence that the expansion plan will contribute to achieving the goals of the Faculty in community service.

 

 It should be noted that the former clinics in the college contained 72 dental chairs, phantom laboratories, gypsum and dental laboratories, and various related laboratories.
