The higher committee for self-assessment at the university holds its fourth meeting under the chairmanship of the university president

 Today, Thursday, the Higher Committee for Self-Evaluation at the University held its fourth meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, President of the University, in order to determine the level of achievement in self-evaluation studies for programs in accordance with the requirements of the Academic Accreditation Council.

 At the opening of the meeting, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kamim, President of the University - Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Evaluation, pointed out the importance of striving to fulfill the programmatic accreditation requirements for programs according to the specific implementation plan for evaluation for each program. Noting that the meeting comes as part of the continuous follow-up efforts to complete the self-evaluation within the framework of the university's endeavor to obtain programmatic accreditation for the programs.

 The university president praised the accomplishments of the self-evaluation committees during the period preceding the six programs submitted for accreditation, and at the same time stressed the importance of investing time and adhering to the approved time plan to finish the self-evaluation process to obtain program accreditation.

 Prof. Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi - Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance - member of the Supreme Committee for Evaluation, gave a presentation in which he explained the main points on which the evaluation process is built and the importance of focusing on some of the determinants in the evidence to know how to evaluate each of them in order to ensure that the university obtains programmatic accreditation for the programs. Ms. Jamila Al-Sharjabi - Member of the Supreme Committee for Evaluation Submit a detailed report on what has been implemented so far in the self-evaluation studies at the level of each program, according to the priorities of the self-evaluation studies for those programs.
