 The Center for Development and Quality Assurance at the university held a periodic working meeting with the team preparing the self-evaluation study for the information technology program at the College of Engineering and Information Technology as part of a series of continuous periodic work meetings to examine, review and analyze the steps for preparing self-evaluation studies for the medical, engineering and administrative academic programs offered by the university and working to qualify them to obtain a Program academic accreditation. As well as following up the stages and level of achievement in the self-evaluation process at the level of each academic program, and providing the necessary support and technical assistance to the work teams to complete the self-evaluation studies according to the plan and the specified time period.

 The meeting focused on reviewing, analyzing and examining the evidence and evidence related to the main criteria and sub-indicators of each criterion using verification forms and evaluation narratives at the level of the first main criterion: the mission and objectives of the program and learning outcomes, and the second main criterion: academic program management, with the aim of ensuring that all sub-indicators are achieved for each standard.

 The meeting came out with appropriate and timely practical decisions for the team preparing the self-evaluation study for the program to absorb and complete all written notes on each standard.

 The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Prof. Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, and the presence of both the head and members of the team: Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Farea, Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Adnan Al-Mutawakel, Head of the Information Technology Department, and Dr. Melfi Al-Qamish, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the Quality Center. and a. Jameela Al-Sharjabi, responsible for strategic planning at the Quality Center, and a faculty member in the department, Dr. Hisham Aklan, Dr. Muhammad Al-Khawlani, M. Ahlam Al-Hamdani, Teaching Assistant in the Information Technology Department, and Mr. Basma Dahedh, Secretary of the College Deanship.
