 The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences - the Departments of Finance, Banking and Accounting and the Department of Development and Training at Tadhamon Bank organized today, Wednesday, a ceremony honoring the fourth-level students participating in the training and awareness workshop organized by Tadhamon Bank to introduce banking and electronic services and various activities. In the presence of the Head of the Department of Finance, Banking and Accounting, Dr. Fahmy Al-Daqaf, the Academic Coordinator of the College, Mr. Waseem Farea, the Head of the Student Activities Department, Mrs. Sahar Al-Kahlani, Dr. Abdul Qawi Hassan, Head of the Training and Development Department at Al-Tadamun Bank, Mr. Faris Al-Fateh and Mr. Badr Al-Qubati, the Training and Development Specialist at Al-Tadamun Bank, and the honoring was also attended. Dr. Muhammad Al-Rahbi and Dr. Muhammad Al-Qutaibi are members of the faculty and Deputy Secretary-General of the University Student Forum, Engineer Yousef Al-Khamouda.

 During the honoring, the Head of the Finance, Banking and Accounting Departments, Dr. Fahmy Al-Daqaf, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Al-Tadamun Bank, its leaders and all the employees of the Training Department for the efforts they made in training university students, pointing to the benefit that the students gained during the training that helps them develop their skills and practical experience to join the labor market.

 For his part, Dr. Abdul Qawi Hassan, Head of the Development and Training Department at Al-Tadamun Bank, indicated that the training of university students comes within the framework of the Bank’s keenness to implement the goal of social responsibility by introducing the students and making them aware of the financial and banking systems and other financial services in the Bank, which gives the students experience in the requirements of the market. Financial and banking work. Thanks in advance to the UAE University for its keenness to involve its students in training programs and specialized awareness workshops that achieve integration between what is taken at the university with practical application in the relevant authorities, including Al-Tadamun Bank.

 Dr. Abdul Qawi Hassan also confirmed the bank's readiness to enter into a partnership with the university, which would receive students from various disciplines in order to promote and raise banking awareness in society and the student community in particular.

 After that, the students participating in the training workshop were honored with certificates of participation. The university also honored Al-Tadamon Bank with the university shield for its efforts in training university students, as well as honoring the trainers and staff of the training department in the bank. In turn, Tadhamon Bank honored the Deanship of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, the department's head, and those concerned in the college and university.

 It is worth noting that the college is keen to involve students in training courses and awareness workshops in the relevant authorities to raise the level of knowledge, skills and experience for students and graduates and enable them to apply academic studies in the actual work environment, to qualify them and prepare them for the labor market.
