 The University Information Systems Unit inaugurated today, Tuesday, a training workshop for university employees on smart electronic work and the academic system, in the presence of the university president, Dr. Najib Al-Kumaim, the university’s vice president, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the university’s advisor, Dr. Fouad Al-Haj, and the dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Professor Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, and the university employees working in Various faculties, departments and departments.

 

 At the opening of the workshop, the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, pointed out the importance of this workshop, which comes within the framework of the digital transformation pursued by the university in accordance with its 2025 strategy to improve and upgrade the educational process, automate data and transactions electronically, and facilitate administrative transactions.

 

 For his part, Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, stressed the activation of electronic systems and transactions at the academic and administrative levels, expressing thanks and appreciation to all university employees for their efforts to accomplish the tasks and work entrusted to them, noting that the next stage will represent a new stage and a qualitative leap for administrative and financial transactions and facilitating the provision of service to students The university and all its members.

 

 The training, on its first day, included a number of aspects related to the concept of smart electronic work, working on the academic system, cyber security, and applications that assist in the educational process.

 

 The training workshop, in which the Director of the Information Systems Unit at the university, Engineer Moheeb Ghallab, was trained, also included a practical aspect for the participants through the practical application of what was trained in theory.
