 Majoring in financial and banking sciences

 The Finance and Banking Sciences major is considered one of the main majors in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, and this major was opened in the College as a result of the need to prepare qualified cadres to meet the needs of the financial and banking labor market.

 General objectives of the program:

 Providing students with scientific and practical knowledge in the field of financial and banking sciences.

 Providing various levels of applied/professional, analytical, arithmetic, information and future self-learning and knowledge to make decisions and solve financial and banking problems encountered in practice when joining various financial and banking jobs.

 Develop and refine other general skills that must be available in a graduate of the Banking and Finance program, such as teamwork, debate and participatory skills.

 Leadership in ensuring the quality of graduate students from the Banking and Finance program.

 Fields of work for graduates of the Banking and Finance program:

 First: The banking sector in its various forms, including commercial and Islamic banks, exchange companies.

 Second: the financial market sector.

 Third: the investment sector, including brokerage firms and investment banks.

 Fourth: The insurance sector represented by Islamic and conventional insurance companies.
