Today, the training course in cosmetics and skin care mixtures, which was hosted by the Clinical Pharmacy Department for four days, was concluded, in which the head of the department, Dr. Mokhtar Al-Gharafi, trained for more than 200 students who participated in it. At the conclusion of the session today, Tuesday, the university presidency, represented by Dr. Najib Al-Kumaim, the university president, was honored by the department’s presidency and the pharmacist’s pen initiative as an expression of thanks and appreciation for providing the university an opportunity to take the initiative to organize and hold the course. The course included a number of axes, including knowledge of the physiological and anatomical composition of the skin, how to choose the right product for each skin, the importance of skin quality in knowing the right product, the importance of linking pharmacy to cosmetics, the importance of skin care and ways to preserve it, and knowledge of the target areas for each type of product, with the aim of enriching knowledge and intellectual and scientific development, skills and experience in selecting the appropriate products and providing the local market with the qualified cadre to dispense and confirm the use of products with safety and confidence.
