Dr. Al-Kumaim stressed the university leadership’s keenness to pursue new horizons for institutional work in the university during the coming period, with an emphasis on considering the employee as an essential element in it, and stressed the importance of strengthening relations between university employees in a healthy manner and dedicating the principles of institutional work with the development of team spirit, and linking security The job is at the level of performance with appreciation for the innovative initiatives and proposals aimed at creating an environment suitable for creativity and innovation by activating the principle of reward and punishment to achieve career excellence and in a manner that leads to strengthening the university’s capabilities to compete by following modern work methods with high efficiency and effectiveness to raise the level of education and services provided. The president of the university also indicated that the student is the center of the educational process and the first ambassador of the university in his community, and that preparing him, armed with knowledge and skills to face life and its challenges, present and future, is the mission and ultimate goal of the university, which falls on the shoulders of the university with all its academics and administrators to prepare a generation capable of building, giving and mastering scientific skills. And the process, praising the great support provided by the Board of Trustees to achieve the desired strategies, goals and objectives, to bring the university to the ranks of international universities. The president of the university stated that one of the university's plans for the coming period is to achieve integration in information systems between all departments, departments and colleges of the university to bridge the gap between work requirements and technology-based solutions for data management between the various administrative levels at the university to keep pace with developments and the information revolution. Dr. Al-Kumaim noted the role that the Human Resources Department will play in the future development process, which will contribute to raising the level of performance at the university through continuous education and training of employees, both in their fields and according to the need in order to develop their knowledge and skills and enable them to carry out business in the best way with the use of modern technology to help He also stressed the keenness of the university leadership to address the negatives and develop development plans according to the highest quality standards to raise the university’s administrative efficiency and set a fair evaluation system to measure performance with deepening job loyalty and values ​​of honesty, cooperation and respect while maintaining confidentiality and information security at the university. He also stressed the importance of holding periodic future meetings with the university's employees to enhance the spirit of one team and hear their views and aspirations that serve the university's mission, vision and goals.
