University President Dr. Najeeb Muhammad Al-Kumaim held a consultative meeting with the Secretary-General of the Local Council in the Capital Municipality, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Wahda Sports Club, Mr. Amin Jamaan, to discuss aspects of joint cooperation between the University and the Sana’a Unity Club. The meeting reviewed a number of topics related to this aspect and the importance of activating student, sports and cultural activities that can be implemented at the Wahda Sana’a Club stadium, which is chaired by Mr. Amin Jamaan, the club’s board of directors, and the signing of a partnership and cooperation agreement between the university and the club. The meeting also touched on the joint cooperation between the Emirates International University, businessmen, private commercial institutions, and houses of expertise, and the possibility of benefiting from this in serving the educational process and its outputs. Professor Amin Jamaan welcomed the visit of the President of the UAE University and praised the role played by the university in serving the educational process and private higher education in Yemen. The President of the Emirates International University conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Chairman of the University's Board of Trustees, His Excellency Mr. Sultan Bin Obaid Al-Shaya and the members of the Council to Mr. Amin Jamaan.
