Today, Tuesday, the University Council held its periodic meeting headed by the President of the Council, President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, and in the presence of the Vice President, Dr. Abdullah Al-Azazi, the Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Hamdan Al-Shami, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Saleh Al-Dhaheri, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Khalil Al-Wajeeh, and the Dean of the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences, Dr. Sinan Ghallab and the Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, as well as in the presence of the Director of Quality, Director of Audit and Audit, and a number of stakeholders in the various departments of the University. The meeting focused on a number of topics included in the meeting’s agenda in the academic aspects, student affairs, administrative and financial aspects, as they were discussed and appropriate measures taken to raise the level of performance at the university in all fields and to achieve the aspirations and vision of the university’s board of trustees, which aims to make a qualitative leap in the level of the educational process and improve Its quality as well as the upgrading of the level of service provision in the administrative and financial aspects in a way that enhances the university’s position and level and its quest to become one of the best universities at the local and regional levels.
