The Department of Information Technology at the Faculty of Engineering at the university discussed a graduation project for the students of the department, which was presented by students Somaya Al-Ammari, Isra Al-Sharjabi and Ibtisam Al-Shayani, under the supervision of Dr. Anwar Al-Shamiri, Head of the Information Technology Department and the discussion, Dr. Akram Ali Othman, in the presence of the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kamim, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Khalil Al-Wajeeh, and Head of the Medical Equipment Department, Dr. Mushtaq Al-Azazi, Head of the Mechatronics Department, Dr. Hatem Al-Dais, Head of the Oil and Gas Department, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qubati, a number of faculty members and their assistants at the university, a number of university students and their relatives. The project is an integrated system for a photocopying shop with all its services, consisting of easy and understandable interfaces that facilitate effort and time for both the customer and the user of the system. The goal of the project is to speed up the completion of tasks between the customer and the user of the system and to facilitate customer services. The system works on a high security for preserving images and determining the amounts of money that have been paid and the remaining values ​​​​on the customer. The project consists of two parts, the first part is about photos, their preservation and modification, adding customers and their data, the number and services required, such as school photography, graduation photography, wedding photography, prices and calculating paid values ​​and remaining values. The rent, the name of the customer, the amount, the amount, the guarantee, the duration of the lease, the time of its return and the giving of invoices to the customer in which all the data that has been saved. The project is characterized by an easy and understandable interface, flexibility in dealing with the system, the proper functioning of the financial process, managing customers and users, and saving the images in a specific path in order to facilitate the return to them when needed.
