Graduation project entitled: "Design and implementation of a machine for writing with a pen and laser sculpting with several inputs." Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, Department of Mechatronics Engineering. In this project, a 3-axis CNC machine is designed and manufactured. The machine is cheap, light, small in size and does engraving as well as drawing based on user requirements. Other applications can also be integrated with the device. The graphical user interface in C-Sharp was developed to allow the user to interact with the device and pass different types of commands to it. The input can be text, image, or a voice input command. The user has the option to operate a laser engraver or plotter. The G&M code programming language is used to guide machine drivers. It is automatically generated for a specific image, or written by the user in the specified space. A voice recognition system is also implemented to facilitate voice commands on the device. The developed machine has been tested for different processes and found with sufficient accuracy as a student project machine With the capabilities currently on the machine, it can be very useful to help people with special writing and planning needs. The project was implemented by the students: Abdullah Tamish, Rashid Al-Nafish, Ahmed Al-Mawry, Ibrahim Al-Saydi, Ibrahim Awada and Muhammad Awada, and supervised by Dr. Hatem Al-Dais.
