Inauguration of the second scientific week to discuss graduation research in the departments of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university

In the presence of the Vice President of the University, Prof. Hassan Abdel-Mughni, and the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, and a number of heads of departments and stakeholders, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the UAE University inaugurated today, Sunday, the second scientific week to discuss graduation research for students of the various departments of the college. The Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Hassan Abdel-Mughni, indicated that the university provides facilities that help its students to improve their performance, invest their skills and energies, and graduate qualified cadres armed with science, knowledge, training and practical application, which contributes to providing the community with distinguished competencies. For his part, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences considered that discussing graduation research for students is a wonderful step that the university adopts in the field of scientific research and scientific methodology that gives students skills and experiences as it establishes a master’s stage in writing a scientific thesis. Noting that the college pays great attention to the selection of supervisors and research to rise to the stage of competition in terms of content and content. The graduation research papers for the students of the Department of Finance and Banking, submitted by the student groups, were discussed. The research of the first group was entitled "The Impact of the Quality of Banking Services on Customer Satisfaction in Banks Operating in Yemen" and was presented by the students: Mahdi Al-Adhari, Nada Adeeb Al-Dabai, Salwa Abdullah Al-Shami, Hajar Al-Mansour, and supervised by Dr. Amin Al-Hamidi. While the research of the second group was entitled "Assessing the performance of commercial banks using the balanced scorecard", which was presented by the students: Marwan Saleh Hammoud and Ahlam Majmal, and supervised by Dr. Khaled Al-Haj. The third group presented its research entitled "The Impact of Human Capital on the Quality of Banking Services", which was presented by the students: Lamia Abdel Raqeeb, Rawan Nasser Al Dhaheri, and Maram Yassin Al Hammam, under the supervision of Dr. Mutahar Al-Sadmi. The fourth group presented its research entitled "The Impact of Electronic Banking on Supporting the Competitive Advantage in Banks" presented by the two students: Noha Al-Awdi and Shaima Al-Lubni, under the supervision of Dr. Amin Al-Hamidi. The discussion committee for research was formed by Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, Dean of the College, an internal debater, and Dr. Bushra Rawiya, an external discussion. The research presented by the students in the department won the acceptance and praise of the discussion committee, which in turn praised the efforts made by the students, distinguished their research and touched on practical aspects. The discussion was attended by students from different departments of the college and parents of students. Other departments in the college will continue to discuss their projects during the coming period, according to the discussion schedule approved by the college.
