Al-Wahda Club in the capital, Sanaa, launched yesterday the Yemeni universities league competitions as part of the activities of the third winter forum of Al-Wahda Club 2020. The opening match between the UAE University team and the Yemeni University team saw the two teams tied without goals. The university teams’ competitions will continue in the coming weeks for the qualifying rounds for the league. In addition to the league of universities, the league of companies, organizations, sports clubs, schools and institutes will participate in the Winter Forum. The Winter Forum is the most important sporting event in Yemen.
