The President of the University inaugurates the final exams for the second semester in the Faculties of Engineering and Administrative Sciences

The President of the Emirates International University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Dr. Khalil Al-Wajeeh, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, and a number of heads of departments in the two colleges, inaugurated the final exams for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020 at the College of Engineering and Information Technology and the College of Science Administrative and financial affairs of the university for all levels and specializations. During his visit to a number of examination halls, the president of the university was briefed on the measures that were taken to ensure the conduct of the examination process in a positive manner and in a manner that contributes to providing the appropriate atmosphere for male and female students to take the exams. He praised the commitment to apply the distancing measures and the precautionary and preventive measures that were directed to be implemented to keep pace with the conduct of the examination process to ensure the safety of all university employees. The president of the university recommended that students should abide by the rules and regulations regulating examination work, comprehend the content of questions and write answers with concentration and high accuracy, in order to reap the fruits of the efforts and giving they made throughout the academic year and achieve results that maintain their distinction during their academic years. At the conclusion of his visit to the examination halls, the president of the university thanked the deans of the faculties, heads of departments, specialists in the faculties and all those in charge of the examination process at the university for the good arrangement and organization and providing the appropriate atmosphere for students so that they can perform their exams in the required manner, wishing all students success in their final exams for the second semester of the year University 2019-2020 AD. It is noteworthy that the university this semester followed the electronic exam system, in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in this regard and in line with the implementation of the outputs of the university’s strategy 2025 AD to work according to the latest standards, methods and educational procedures in force globally, which contribute to improving the quality of higher education and improving its outputs.
