Students of the Oil and Gas Engineering Department at the College of Engineering and Information Technology at the university organized a student technical ceremony for the graduation of the third batch, the "Engineers of the Land of Yemen" batch for the academic year 2019-2020. At the opening of the ceremony, the President of the University, Dr. Naguib Al-Kamim, welcomed all the attendees and participants in the graduation ceremony. The President of the University congratulated the graduate students, expressing the university's pride in its students in all the faculties of the university. He conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University and the Vice President of the University, the Secretary-General, to their students and their families participating in the ceremony. Addressing the students, the university president said, "We dedicate our country today to a new group of engineers who have graduated from this lofty educational and academic edifice to contribute to the service of the country and the people of society, stressing the university's confidence in the excellence of its outputs from the various specializations of the university, and that the university's students and graduates are the best representatives of the university wherever they are and its messengers." The President of the University extended his thanks and appreciation to the parents for their care for the success and excellence of their children, as well as thanks to the Deanship, heads of departments, faculty members, and the academic and administrative staff of the College of Engineering, for their efforts and providing everything that helps the student persevere and achieve success and excellence. In the alumni’s speech delivered by the graduate Muhammad Ali Al-Sulaimani, he expressed his thanks and appreciation to the leadership of the university, its academic and administrative staff, faculty members and their assistants, for their efforts towards the optimal educational achievement of students throughout the years of study. . The student artistic ceremony witnessed a number of rhetorical and artistic segments, honoring the graduate students with certificates of appreciation, as well as honoring the university staff participating in the ceremony, the Alumni Club and the University Student Forum.
