The University's Activities Department, in cooperation with the University Student Forum and the Alumni Club, organized a scientific visit for the students of the Information Security Department of the second level at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the university to the Public Telecommunications Corporation. Where the scientific visit aimed to see how information systems are managed and scientific linkage to what is being studied, as well as introducing students to the devices used to connect the network and to learn about the Internet complex and software development in the institution, and the data center at the General Institute of Communications, and the students listened to an explanation from specialists about the mechanism of using the opmangment program And about the structure of the network for Yemen Net and how to connect the Internet between the governorates and about the three layers of the network and how the powers work in which layer the powers are implemented, and to identify the proposals to solve the problem of the weakness of the Internet in Yemen and its causes. During the visit, the students thanked those in charge of the Public Telecommunications Corporation for their cooperation and contribution to the success of the scientific visit.
