Today, Saturday, the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university, under the generous patronage of the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, inaugurated the discussion of graduation research for college students for the academic year 2021-2020. And in the presence of the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, the Head of the Management Information Systems Department, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, Mrs. Safaa Al-Bahloli, Mrs. Roaa Al-Mujahid, and Mrs. Samah Hassan, teaching assistants at the faculty. During the inauguration, Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, confirmed that graduation projects and scientific research are the beginning of the way for the student to learn the foundations and methods of writing scientific research and its basic components, and a practical experience that gives the student the experiences and skills that contribute to giving them confidence after graduation to continue postgraduate studies and engage in the labor market. The Vice President of the University praised the efforts made by the Dean and the faculty team in order to improve the educational process in the faculty and the level of performance. He congratulated the graduate students and wished them continued excellence. For his part, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, stressed that the research submitted by students is of paramount importance, as it is the last stop after which the student obtains a bachelor's degree. The first group had reviewed their graduation project: Intelligent E Marketing system The idea of ​​the project: The ((Smart E-Marketing System)) project was built to achieve a main goal, which is to build an expert system that works on creating rules on the basis of which successful marketing decisions are built that increase profits for the company and reduce The cost of promotion and marketing, and the idea of ​​the system is the implementation of one of the artificial intelligence algorithms that are used in data mining. The project is characterized by a number of characteristics as it is easy to use, and the system was built using the python language, which is an easy language and deals with artificial intelligence (AI) .. as well as python language systems that can be installed on different operating systems and the system deals with large amounts of data. The project was presented by the students: Naseem Hayel Mughales, Abeer Abdullah Al-Azani, Walid Hayel Mughales, Moaz Muhammad Yahya and Amani Ahmad Al-Snidar. It is supervised by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Sultan Al-Hijami. And the discussion of Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi and Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali. While the second group presented its GIFT STORE project, which is a system that runs an Android application based on the idea of ​​providing a new service with its best features, its main goal is to facilitate the process of searching for a suitable gift for a specific occasion from the right place at the right price, in addition to the delivery service to the desired place. . One of the advantages of this service is that it suffices you for the hardship of searching that you face in traditional search methods, and it also saves you effort, time and cost. How to use the application?.. After the user subscribes, logs in and browses the sections, and when he finds the appropriate gift (product), he sends a purchase request to the system, the system receives the request and then processes it by sending it to the person with that gift, and the store in turn sends a response to the system with availability The order and the confirmation of the value, the system notifies the user of the availability of the order, then asks him to specify the place to be delivered, then the system sends a notification of the due invoice with the value of the order in addition to the delivery amount, then asks the user to select the payment method by choosing one of the three payment methods (cash, when Receipt of the order, transfer, deposit), and after confirming the payment process, the system sends an order to the store to deliver the order to the place specified by the user, then the store implements the order, and receives the invoice amount if the payment method is “cash”, and to end the process, the user sends A notification confirming receipt of the request immediately upon receipt, or sending notes indicating the reason for refusing to receive the request. The user is contacted during the process with his phone number that he subscribed to in the application. While students from the Accounting Department presented their graduation research entitled: “The Reality of Electronic Accounting Systems and Procedures for Oversight on them in the Money Exchange Sector.” The research was submitted by the students of the department: Ahmad Al-Humairi, Ammar Jahlan, Areej Al-Warafi, Saeed Manea, Muhammad Al-Akwa and Fatima Al-Azazi.
