Launching the discussion of innovative industrial graduation projects for students of the Mechatronics Engineering Department, the seventh batch

The College of Engineering and Information Technology at the university launched today, Sunday, the discussion of innovative industrial graduation projects for students of the Mechatronics Engineering Department, the seventh batch for the academic year 1445 AH.. corresponding to 2023-2024 AD. This was attended by the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, the Head of the Mechatronics Engineering Department, Dr. Radwan Al-Badaji, the Dean of the Development and Quality Center, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, the Supervisor of the First Group Projects, Dr. Farouk Al-Fahidi, and a number of members of the discussion committees and supervision committees. 

 

In his speech during the first group's review of its project, the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Fouad Hanash, praised the level of the project created by the students, which reflects the students' excellence and their ability to innovate and apply practically their skills acquired during their years of study at the university. 

 

 The Secretary-General of the University stressed that the submitted projects reflect the University's keenness to develop the skills of its students and prepare them for the labor market according to the latest international standards, and to provide innovative solutions to the problems facing society. 

 

The Dean of the College, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, and the Head of the Mechatronics Engineering Department, Dr. Radwan Al-Badaji, had pointed out the excellence of the university's student graduation projects and their development from year to year, which reflects the excellence of the university's outputs, noting that the mechatronics engineering graduation projects presented by university students as graduation projects are designed according to the needs of the labor market and are future projects for students. 

 

The project submitted by the first group is the design and implementation of an automated production line for biodiesel fuel from cooking oil waste. 

 

Submitted by the students: Abdullah Yahya Matari, Khaled Muhammad Qarmoush, Ezz El-Din Abdul Salam Al-Maliki, Talal Faisal Al-Asimi, Nasser Muhammad Jazeelan. Under the supervision of Dr. Farouk Al-Fahidi and Engineer Naseem Hamid. The discussion committee was formed by: Dr. Radwan Al-Badaji, Dr. Muhammad Al-Alafi, Fouad Hanash, and Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi. 

 

 The college will continue during the coming period to discuss graduation projects for the remaining groups of students in the department.
