The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the UAE University organizes a stand in solidarity with Gaza and denounces the Zionist aggression against our country.

 Today, Monday, Muharram 16, 1446 AH, corresponding to July 22, 2024 AD, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the Emirates International University organized a solidarity stand with the Palestinian people under the slogan “Standfast with Gaza until victory, despite the noses of every agent.” To express their strong condemnation of the recent attacks witnessed by the port of Hodeidah and solidarity with the people of Gaza in their continuing ordeal. 

 The participants in the stand, in which the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Saleh Al-Dhaheri, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, the deans of other colleges at the university, and a number of the university’s academic staff, participated in the rally. Administrators and students, the Yemeni and Palestinian flags, raised banners and posters, expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance. They chanted slogans against American arrogance and Zionism. 

 Dr. Fouad Hanash, Secretary-General of the League, delivered a speech at the rally in which he stressed the importance of supporting the Palestinian people and confronting the Israeli attacks on Gaza, and congratulated Mr. Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, the armed forces, and the Arab and Islamic nation for the historical achievement of targeting Jaffa. 

 At the same time, participants expressed their deepest feelings of sadness and anger towards the recent events in Yemen and Palestine. The statement stressed that striking the port of Hodeidah is a blatant attack on the lives of millions of civilians who depend on the port to obtain basic supplies. 

 They condemned the crimes of genocide committed against the Palestinian people over a period of 10 months, during which the Zionist enemy committed more than 3,425 massacres, claiming the lives of more than 152,000 martyrs and wounded, most of whom were children and women, with American and Western backing and support, and with the cooperation and conspiracy of some normalized and traitorous Arab regimes. 

 A statement issued by the movement saluted the legendary steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their mujahideen heroes who wrote the most wonderful epics of redemption and heroism, and stressed the firm and principled position of the Yemeni people in supporting the Palestinian people and their mujahideen in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, through the escalating military operations that affected the capital of the enemy entity, and official activities and events. Popularity by mobilizing, boycotting, and donating tirelessly until victory is achieved. 

 While the statement praised the qualitative strike directed by our valiant armed forces against the Zionist enemy deep in occupied Jaffa, the statement also condemned the crime of Zionist aggression against civilian facilities in our country. 

 The participants also declared their support for all measures adopted by the revolutionary leadership, the Yemeni state and the armed forces to support our brothers in Gaza and conquer the Zionist enemy, and for the continuation of strikes on the enemy’s capital. They also extended thanks and appreciation to all the free people who stand with the oppression of the Palestinian people, and to the Arab and Islamic resistance factions for their continued support and victory.  The statement praised the continuation of the qualitative and influential operations carried out by the support and resistance fronts in Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen. 

 The participants renewed the call to boycott American and Israeli goods and the companies that support them, considering the boycott an effective and effective weapon against the enemy and accessible to everyone.
