The university president gets acquainted with the progress of the correction process and hears from the committee members the electronic correction mechanism

Today, Tuesday, the university president, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumim, briefed the progress of the correction process for the final exams for the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021 at the university, in the presence of the president of the Supreme Committee for Electronic Correction, a number of committee members and a number of members of the committees in the subcontrols of the colleges. The President of the University listened to the Chairman of the Electronic Correction Committee, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, a detailed explanation of the special procedures followed during the electronic correction process for the final exams for the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021 AD. Starting with the process of preparing students' documents from the reality of the control database to the process of correcting and signing the results. For his part, the University President praised the role played by the committee and sub-committees. Pointing out that the application of the electronic correction system that was implemented from the second semester of the previous year comes within the framework of the university's orientations towards electronic and smart education and raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process in implementation of the outcomes of the university strategy 2025 AD. It is worth noting that the MCQ exam system measures the abilities of remembering, understanding and various students' skills, and the use of the electronic correction system achieves transparency, fairness, accuracy and complete confidentiality in the correction process, shortening the correction time to the maximum degree, speeding up the process of announcing results and facilitating the grievance process for students.
