 Sanaa - Sheba:

Today, Sunday, the Emirates International University and the University Student Forum organized a cultural awareness event to support the Palestinian cause and support Al-Aqsa, and to commemorate the anniversary of the cry against the arrogant ones 1445 AH.

At the event, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Sharaf El-Din, stressed the importance of the role of academics and intellectual elites in supporting the Palestinian cause, based on the religious, moral and humanitarian duty to stand with brothers in religion, Arabism and Islam to confront the Zionist enemy.

He reported that the martyr leader, Mr. Hussein Al-Houthi, warned early on of the danger of the Zionist-American enemy’s conspiracies in the region and their efforts to tear the nation apart, occupy its lands, and plunder its wealth with false and deceptive pretexts, justifications, and slogans.

Dr. Sharaf El-Din pointed out that the slogan “The Scream” showed the falsity of the slogans of America and Western countries, about human rights, freedoms, democracy, and other slogans by which the Arab peoples were deceived, pointing to what is happening in Gaza, revealing the masks of Western countries and exposing the shameful positions of countries loyal to the forces of hegemony and global arrogance.

At the event, the President of the Emirates International University, Dr. Nasser Al-Mofari, considered the slogan “The Scream” a declaration of innocence against the enemies of Islam and Muslims, with which the martyr leader set out to confront the challenges and sacrificed his soul and a group of believers for its sake.

He touched on the role of universities, academics and students in supporting the Palestinian cause and confronting the Zionist escalation with escalation in various difficult situations... stressing the need for everyone to live up to the achievements achieved by the Yemeni armed forces.

Dr. Al-Mofari pointed out the necessity of supporting the battle of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” and conducting studies and research on the reasons for the nation’s arrival at a shameful stage of disappointment.

At the event attended by the Vice President of the UAE University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Hanash, and the Director of Educational Institutions, Eng. Muhammad Al-Wadaei, the Activities and Mobilization Officer, Mr. Ali Al-Dhaheri, considered the slogan of the scream to be a stance of faith and a divine weapon in the face of the arrogant and an exposure of the hypocrites.

He pointed to the meaning of identifying the enemy, his identity, his hostile approach, and the legitimacy that requires hostility to him, confronting him, not ignoring him, confronting his dangers, following his steps and methods, being prepared and alert for all his movements, and not being complacent and silent about his aggressive behavior.

Al Dhaheri stated that reality has proven the validity of the scream slogan as a weapon that has terrorized and terrified the forces of arrogance - America, Israel and Britain - and their international alliances... stressing that hearing the scream slogan is like missiles, bombs and bullets penetrating their hearts and bodies and threatening their lives and stability.

He urged people to go out in continuous marches and demonstrations tirelessly because of their role in influencing global decision-making and reviving human conscience regarding the horrific massacres that are taking place in Gaza by the Zionist enemy supported by America and Europe.

The event was attended by college deans, department heads, members of the academic and administrative staff, and male and female students.
