Continuation of the training program in occupational safety and first aid for fourth-level students in the Mechatronics Engineering Department

 The training program in occupational safety and first aid continues for the second week for fourth-level students - the Mechatronics Engineering Department at the University’s College of Engineering and Information Technology, as part of the department’s keenness to provide students with the skills required in the local, regional and international labor market.

 Over the past few days, the program addressed occupational safety topics, such as: how to use occupational safety equipment, and how to deal with and prevent accidents in the work environment.

 The program also covered basic first aid topics, such as: how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and how to deal with: bleeding cases, electric shocks, burn cases, and suffocation cases.

 The program, which includes a group of lectures and practical applications, aims to qualify students to be able to apply occupational safety rules in the work environment, which contributes to maintaining their safety and the safety of others, and providing first aid in emergency situations.
