 The Medical Equipment Department at the University's College of Engineering and Information Technology launched practical training for third-level medical equipment engineering students at the Republican Hospital.

 The practical training, which lasts for 6 weeks (two days each week in coordination with hospital engineers), aims to link the theoretical side with the practical and achieve integration between what students receive at the university and what is reality in the labor market, and provide students with practical skills and experiences that qualify them to engage in the labor market. Work with integrity and confidence.

 The students, who were divided into groups during the training, learn about the different departments in the hospital and the type of medical devices in each department, as well as learning about maintenance procedures for medical devices, and the nature of work in maintaining medical devices in the hospital, in addition to performing practical maintenance for the various medical devices in the hospital departments. .
