Launching open workshops to effectively raise awareness and raise the second level of university staff

 Today, Wednesday, the Emirates International University launched open workshops for the effectiveness of awareness and raising the second level of the university staff, in the presence of the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, and a number of academic and administrative staff from various colleges, departments, and departments at the university.

 The inaugural workshop was presented by the international trainer, Prof. Dr. Bashir Mufarreh Al-Jabrni, who addressed institutional advancement from the perspective of administrative responsibility and religious value commitment in institutional work, administrative concepts, their practical implications, and their enhanced value construction.

 At the conclusion of the first workshop, the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Hanash, pointed out the importance of the open workshops of the Awareness and Advancement Program in enhancing the skills and capabilities of university staff, developing performance, and creating an appropriate and supportive environment for institutional work, to advance the educational and administrative process, and to reach outputs with international specifications capable of achieving development. .

 For his part, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, Vice President of the University, praised the interaction of the university staff and their dedication to developing their capabilities in a way that enhances the university’s academic position.

 The open workshops in the coming days will address other topics related to “developing administrative methods, systems, and practices,” “leadership strategies,” “spreading the culture of faith,” and other topics related to the open workshops program.
