Concluding the first phase of the training plan to build the capabilities of university employees

 In the presence of the representative of the Board of Directors, Mr. Muhammad Al-Dhifani, the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofari, the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, and the President of the Kafal Development Foundation, Mr. Ali Baydan, the first phase of the training plan to build employees’ capabilities was concluded today, Wednesday, at the university.

 The training programs were implemented in partnership with the training center of the Kafl Development Foundation, and with funding from the Skills Development Fund. The first phase of the training plan covered a group of training programs and courses that were specifically designed to meet the needs of university employees. 38 male and female employees benefited from them, and included areas such as:

 1. Time management and work pressures

 2. Occupational safety

 3. Customer service

 On the sidelines of the conclusion of the first phase of the training plan, Mr. Muhammad Al-Dhifani, representative of the Board of Directors, stressed the importance of investing in building the capabilities of employees, as they are the backbone of any institution, and developing their skills directly contributes to achieving the university’s goals.

 For his part, the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Al-Mofari, stressed the importance of developing the skills and capabilities of the university’s employees, noting that this comes within the framework of the university’s keenness to develop its administrative and technical work and improve the quality of services provided to students.

 The university president noted that the second phase of the training plan will begin soon, and will include new training programs and courses in specialized fields, with the aim of raising the level of competence of university employees and achieving its strategic goals.

 Mr. Ali Beidan, Chairman of the Kafl Development Foundation, indicated that the first phase of the training plan was completed successfully and with distinction, praising the great interaction shown by the employees during the training, and their strong desire for learning and development.

 A number of employees expressed their satisfaction with the implemented training programs, stressing that they helped them develop their skills and improve their performance at work.

 The closing ceremony was also attended by Ms. Jamila Al-Sharjabi, head of the training center at the university, Mr. Yasser Abu Hamila, director of projects at the foundation, Mr. Wissam Al-Mahdi, director of the training center at the Kifl Foundation, and Mr. Haitham Al-Dhabyani, deputy director of the training center.

 In conclusion, the university honored the Kafl Development Foundation with the university shield, and certificates were distributed to participants in the training programs, and the trainers were honored.
