The University President receives Dr. Hamoud Abbad, Secretary of the Capital

 This Monday morning, the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofari, received the Mayor of the Capital, Dr. Hammoud Abbad, during his visit to the university, in the presence of the University’s Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash.

 The University President welcomed the Mayor of the Capital, extending his thanks and appreciation to the university leadership and its gratitude to Professor Hammoud Abbad and his kind visit to the university.

 The University President gave an explanation of the progress of the educational process at the university, reviewing the aspects of development and modernization that the university witnessed during its educational journey, which would modernize the educational process and raise the level of private higher education in Yemen to ensure the graduation of qualified cadres armed with science and knowledge.

 For his part, Dr. Hammoud Abbad, Secretary of the Capital, praised the university’s status and level, pointing out that the renaissance of peoples and countries begins with paying attention to education, improving its quality and outcomes, and scientific research. He expressed his appreciation for the university, its leadership and its staff who contribute to serving development efforts in Yemen.

 The meeting also included discussing aspects of joint cooperation between the university and the Capital Municipality in various fields, including adopting students’ ideas and scientific projects in urban planning for the various neighborhoods and streets of the capital.
