The university president chairs a meeting to find out the preparation procedures for the inauguration of the first semester for the first level of the academic year 1445 AH

 This morning, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Moofari, President of the University, chaired a meeting to discuss preparation procedures for the inauguration of the first semester of the academic year 1445 AH.. 2023-2024 AD for the first level.

 The meeting discussed the progress of preparations for the start of the new academic year for new students, including preparing the university calendar, preparing classrooms and laboratories, dividing student groups, providing educational supplies and taking the necessary administrative measures.

 The university president stressed the importance of preparing well for the start of the new academic year, making efforts to provide an appropriate educational environment, providing all means of comfort and support for new students, and ensuring the launch of the educational process in accordance with the required standards and quality.

 The President of the University directed the need for coordination between the various colleges, departments and departments in the university to ensure the smooth and regular progress of the educational process.

 The meeting also discussed the progress of the admission and registration process for new students, which will last until September 15, 2023, and the mechanisms for receiving new students and introducing them to the university, its facilities and services.

 The study for the first semester of the academic year 1445 AH for the first level will start on Saturday corresponding to Safar 24 1445 AH corresponding to September 9, 2023 AD.

 The meeting was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Saleh Al-Dhaheri, the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Dr. Ibrahim Faree, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, Head of the International Business Administration Department Professor Marwan Al Zeraei, Acting Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Ibtisam Al Majmar, Director of Academic Affairs, and Engineer Osama Saleh Hizam, Secretary General of the University Student Forum.
