A scientific visit for third-level business administration students to the National Foodstuff Industry Corporation

 On Thursday morning, the University's College of Administrative and Financial Sciences organized a scientific visit to the National Foodstuff Industry Corporation, within the framework of studying the "Cost Accounting" course. This was in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, the Head of the Department, Dr. Jabr Al-Sanabani, and the College’s teaching assistants, Professor Ruaa Al-Mujahid and A. Safaa Al-Hanbasi, Professor of Cost Accounting, and Ms. Safaa Al-Bahlouli.

 The visit aimed to link the theoretical aspects to the process and learn about the various processes and production lines in the factory, along with reviewing the stages of the production process and the models used in planning and monitoring production. The students also listened to a detailed explanation of the stages of the production process, starting with obtaining raw materials, passing through the various production stages, and ending with Packaging, warehousing and how to charge costs during various operations.

 The students also learned about the nature of the internal arrangement of the factory, and the visit also included learning about the marketing aspects of work and the nature of purchasing and storage activity in the factory.
