The President of the University meets the Deanship of the College of Engineering, with the participation of the Presidency of the Medical Equipment Department, department representatives, and the University Student Forum

 Within the framework of the university's leadership's keenness to continue development and modernization in the various faculties of the university, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, President of the University, met with the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, represented by the Dean of the College, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, and the Head of the Medical Equipment Engineering Department, Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi. With the participation of the university student forum, delegates and top students of the Medical Equipment Engineering Department at all levels. In the presence of Ms. Ibtisam Al-Mujmar, Director of Academic Affairs, Engineer Abdul-Rahman Al-Qadi, Teaching Assistant of the Department, and Engineer Osama Saleh Hizam, Secretary-General of the Forum, and a number of members of the University Student Forum

 At the opening of the meeting, the President of the University welcomed the Deanship of the College of Engineering and its staff, appreciating the efforts they exerted in the course of the educational process in the College and appreciating the achievements made by the College during the previous period. The University Student Forum, student delegates and their representatives have the greatest role in communicating with fellow students, identifying their problems and proposals, and submitting them to department heads for consideration and finding appropriate solutions.

 The President of the University listened to an explanation from the Deanship of the College about the course of the educational process in the College. He also listened to the students’ observations on a number of topics related to scientific and different activities, referring to the work to find appropriate solutions for them in coordination with the College Deanship and the relevant authorities, institutions and prestigious companies in the labor market with regard to Practical training, in addition to coordination with the University Student Forum, which presented a plan for a set of scientific activities and specialized courses that it will implement during the coming period.

 The university president emphasized work to overcome obstacles and difficulties and make more efforts according to what is planned to develop and raise the level of performance and improve the educational process, to achieve the vision and mission of the university in providing quality and distinguished education that guarantees the graduation of qualified cadres that meet the needs of the local and international labor market.
