The university president visits the university's pavilion for innovative projects at Expo 2022

 

 University notification

 

 The President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, and the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, organized a visit to the university’s pavilion for innovative projects at the Mini Expo 2022 AD.

 

 The president of the university and his entourage were briefed on the projects participating in the exhibition, met the students with innovative projects, and listened to an explanation about the nature of student participation and university representation in the exhibition. The university president and his entourage also toured the exhibition and viewed a number of the participating companies' pavilions.

 

 During the visit, the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kamim, confirmed that the university's goal of its participation in the Mini Expo 2022 exhibition currently held in Sana'a is to present the innovative applied achievements and outputs of the university students, represented in student graduation projects, within the framework of enhancing students' innovative thinking and supporting their participation in exhibitions and competitions. He praised the efforts of the students and their supervisors in the College, the Department of Activities and Media, and their distinguished participation in the exhibition.

 

 The university participated in the four-day exhibition with 9 innovative student projects as follows:

 

 1. The smart artificial arm project.

 1. Self-propelled multifunctional robot project.

 3. The Escada project for the renewable energy system.

 4. A wheelchair project for quadriplegics that works by moving the head.

 5. A smart agricultural robot project.

 6. The mobile robotic arm project is controlled by wireless communication.

 7. A project for a car that is controlled by voice commands, benefiting people with disabilities, and facilitating the movement of things.

 8. An iPad-controlled car project that can be developed into a self-driving car.

 9. Hydroponics project.
