Conclusion of the training and awareness workshop on the occasion of World Encryption Day 2022 AD for students of the Information Security Department and honoring the participants

 Today, Monday, the training and awareness workshop organized by the Emirates International University in coordination with the Internet Society - Yemen, on the occasion of the World Encryption Day 2022, and which lasted for three days, was concluded for students of the Information Security Department at the College of Engineering and Information Technology at the university.

 The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Ibrahim Farea, along with the Director of the Information Systems Unit at the university, Eng. Moheeb Ghallab, the Head of the Student Activities Department, Ms. Sahar Al-Kahlani, the Secretary General of the University Student Forum, Engineer Osama Saleh Hizam, and a number of members of the Internet Society - Yemen honored the participants. In the workshop, university students and members of the Internet Society - Yemen with certificates of participation.

 It should be noted that the training and awareness workshop included a number of important topics on cybersecurity and encryption, privacy and data protection on the Internet, secure and encrypted browsing, and how to build our own encryption tools, by Eng. Amer, Muhammad Abdul Karim and Ali Al-Saidi.
