The president of the university meets the first university football team and blesses the university's lead to the finals of the university league championship

The President of the Emirates International University, Dr. Najeeb Muhammad Al-Kumaim, met today, Monday, the first university football team participating in the Yemeni Universities League, as part of the activities of the Fifth Winter Forum 2022 AD, after leading to the final match. In the meeting, the president of the university blessed the university team to the final match, and praised the level of performance provided by the team during its previous match against the universities. The President of the University conveyed the greetings of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Professor Sultan bin Obaid Al-Shaya, and Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, and their blessing to the team. He affirmed their support for all activities that contribute to refining the talents and abilities of students in various scientific, cultural, sports and other aspects. The President of the University urged the team participating in the Fifth Winter Forum to maintain the excellence achieved by the team, continue success and achieve positive results that reflect the excellence, level and position of the UAE University among universities at the country level, leading to winning the championship cup. It is worth noting that about 16 public and private universities participate in the winter forum, which is organized for the fifth year in a row, which is the first of its kind in the capital Sana’a and Yemen in general, which brings together sports teams of various parties and institutions at the level of the capital’s clubs, companies, organizations, universities and schools. The meeting was attended by Mr. Marwan Al-Zari, Acting Dean of Student Affairs, Mrs. Sahar Al-Sayed Al-Kahlani, Head of the Student Activities Department, the Media Officer, Mr. Muhammad Al-Maghalis, and the Secretary General of the University Student Forum, Engineer Osama Saleh Hizam.
