Honoring the students participating in the training program on the human resource management system in partnership with Ibdaa Soft Systems

 Yesterday, Sunday, the university, in partnership with Ibdaa Soft Systems, honored the students participating in the training program "Human Resources Management System", which students from the Department of International Business Administration of the third and fourth levels were trained in at the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university over a period of 30 training hours.

 During honoring the participants after the conclusion of the training program, the President of the University, Prof. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, indicated that the practical training for students comes within an institutional framework with the aim of helping them acquire practical experiences and technical skills by linking academic knowledge, practical application and providing opportunities for students to discover their abilities and desires according to the needs of the labor market .

 The President of the University indicated that the training program comes within the framework of implementing the memorandum of understanding with the Ebdaa Soft Systems Center for the purpose of training students in the concerned administrative departments and providing them with practical experience in accounting systems and various related systems provided by the company, including the human resources system, extending thanks to Ebdaa Soft Systems and those in charge She also thanks the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, the heads of its scientific departments, and the academic, administrative and technical staff, for their efforts during the implementation of the training program for university students.

 For his part, Dr. Muhammad Al-Shahari, Director of Training at Ibdaa Soft Systems, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the UAE University and its leadership, for providing administrative support and services that helped students of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences to engage in training on the company's various administrative and accounting systems, which are directly and significantly related to the labor market.

 The Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, had pointed out the importance of practical training in enabling the student to practice the practical side and apply what he learned throughout his years of study in the classroom and provide opportunities for students by training them on systems related to the labor market.

 At the end of the event, Ibdaa Soft Systems honored the UAE University, represented by the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, with the company’s shield. The Deanship of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences and heads of scientific departments honored Dr. Fahmy Al-Daqaf, Head of the Accounting and Financial and Banking Sciences Department, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, Head of the International Business Administration Department, and a number of technical staff And the concerned administrator in the college and university.

 The students participating in the training program were also honored with certificates of participation presented by the university and Ibdaa Soft Systems.
