 The President of the Emirates International University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, inaugurated this morning the university's website with its new look and multiple advantages.

 The development of the site included preparing a new main interface for the university’s website, which includes an overview of the university, its vision, mission, services and objectives, the academic library, as well as a diversified photo album about the university’s events and activities, with the provision of the latest university news and advertisements that top the site’s interface.

 The site also provides all information related to the university, colleges, deanships, centers, educational and service facilities, university life, educational affairs, student affairs and student services, including exam results, student announcements, the university calendar, the electronic coordination portal for admission and registration, and other student services, as well as the most prominent partners and the latest statistics, in addition to including icons for social media pages and sites. For the university, including an Android application to facilitate access to the contents of the site through the phone.

 During the inauguration, the president of the university stressed the importance of the website as a main interface for the university, in addition to the university's pages and accounts on social networking sites, which give a good impression of the university and its scientific status. Noting that the website will represent a comprehensive informational reference about the university and an electronic window at the national and international levels, with its academic and student data and public services.

 The President of the University indicated that the process of developing the university's website is constantly continuing, leading to the construction of an electronic portal that includes the provision of all services and student and academic transactions through the website. And his appreciation to the work team - headed by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani - who contributed to the completion of the development and modernization of the site in its new form, praising the efforts made to achieve this achievement.

 The inauguration event was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Prof. Saleh Al-Dhaheri, the Vice-Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Sadiq Abdel-Mughni, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Prof. Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, and the Head of the Accounting and Financial and Banking Sciences Department Dr. Fahmy Al-Daqaf, the Acting Dean of Student Affairs, Mr. Marwan Al-Zari, the Director of Academic Affairs, Ms. Ibtisam Al-Majmar, the Director of the Systems Unit, Engineer Moheeb Ghallab, the Media Officer, Mr. Muhammad Mughales, the Systems Unit Specialist, Engineer Muhammad Al-Kamim, and Dr. Haitham Al-Kamim, the Coordinator of the Excellence Program, the Medical Clinics Officer at the College of Dentistry.
