Under the title of developing leadership and supervisory skills for administrative staff from different departments and departments of the university, the human resources department at the university implemented a training program in cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and its partners under the title of developing leadership and supervisory skills for administrative staff from various departments and departments of the university. The training program focused on the practical aspect by defining the capabilities of individuals and how to employ them in the interest of developing performance. The training program also included a number of aspects, the most important of which are: Interactive leadership and teamwork, practicing and spreading the principles of teamwork among individuals, focusing on leadership skills that support teamwork, making a leader, using quality applications and human leadership, and their impact on others. Professor Adel Abu Al-Asrar, Assistant Secretary-General of the University, confirmed that this program comes within the framework of the university's plan to develop performance by raising the level of staff performance, which contributes to keeping pace with the progress and excellence witnessed by the university in the academic aspect and its educational level. Pointing out that the university continues to provide more courses and rehabilitation programs for its administrative cadres, according to the university’s qualification plan for the current year 2017.
