Today, Saturday, the university organized an honoring and farewell ceremony for Engineer Kamal Matash, the university's control officer, who is scheduled to travel to Hungary to complete his postgraduate studies. On this occasion, Prof. Najib Al-Kumaim, President of the University, spoke about the role of Engineer Kamal Matash and his distinction during his tenure at the university, and wished him continued success, success and excellence in his scientific career. He praised the level of commitment and discipline embodied by Eng. Matash and his work within the framework of a single team within the Emirates International University family. Dr. Abdullah Al-Azazi, Vice President of the University, praised Eng. Kamal Matash and his efforts to make the university’s business successful. He said, “We are happy today as we witness the university’s cadres moving towards more excellence and educational attainment to obtain higher degrees to return to serve the country.” Dr. Amin Aklan, Dean of the College of Engineering, congratulated Engineer Kamal Matash, wishing him success in his scientific career. He said as much as we are saddened by the separation of Eng. Matash, but we are happy for him to obtain the educational scholarship to continue his higher studies. For his part, Eng. Kamal Matash expressed his pride in belonging to the university family, which represents his family, which gave him practical experience and contributed to the refinement of his skills and capabilities. Thank you to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the President and Vice President of the University, the Secretary General and everyone in the EIU family for organizing this celebration. Engineer Kamal Matash, who is respected among his colleagues and university students, is a graduate of the College of Oil, University of Aden, with a very good grade. During his work at the university, Engineer Kamal Matash occupied a number of tasks, as he worked as a teaching assistant in the College of Engineering and Information Technology, and then in charge of the central control of the university.
