Discussing graduation projects for students of the International Business Administration Department at the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university

In the presence of the Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University, Dr. Hamdan Al-Shami, and the Dean of the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Sinan Ghallab, the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the University, Department of International Business Administration, discussed the graduation projects for the students of the department. The student groups, which were divided into four groups, presented four different projects as follows: The first project entitled: Strategic Planning and a Course in Achieving a Competitive Advantage in Commercial Banks (Applied Study on CAC Bank). Presented by the students (Ali Muhammad Muhammad al-Ansi, Muhammad Abd al-Wahed Khalid al-Adini, Waseem Abdullah Abdullah al-Shaybah, Hamoud Rashid Hammoud al-Mutaa, and Ettifaq Ali Aish Qadri). Which was supervised by Dr. Majid Al-Dulai and the debaters Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali and Dr. Sinan Ghallab. This study aims, through the theoretical framework, to identify the concept of strategic planning and the concept of competitive advantage, and then provide the framework around these two concepts. The importance of the study stems from the importance of obtaining an advanced rank in front of competitors and providing the best in line with the time and place in which commercial banking institutions operate. The second project is entitled: Incentives and their Impact on the Level of Employee Performance Model (MTN Company) presented by the students: Muhammad Abu Bakr Al-Zuhairi, Muhammad Abdul-Karim Al-Hazoura, Khaled Walid Hamza and Huda Abdullah Al-Abdi, under the supervision of Dr. Kamal Tamim and the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali and Dr. Sinan Ghallab. The study aimed to identify the incentives offered in mTN and suggest ways to improve the incentive system in order to increase their performance and achieve the desired goals in the company, in addition to the recommendations necessary to develop the performance of employees and take them into account. And the third project entitled: "Work Stress and its Effects on Organizational Loyalty" presented by the students (Ali Qanaf, Ahmed Al-Mutawakil and Mazen Al-Abadi) and under the supervision of Dr. Kamal Tamim and discussion by Dr. Akram Othman and Dr. Sinan Ghallab. This study aimed to identify the levels of work stress among managers and workers in governmental and private organizations in the Republic of Yemen and to try to identify the degree of organizational loyalty they have, and also to identify the differences in averages in work pressure and organizational loyalty of workers in organizations. The fourth project entitled: Liberalization of Foreign Trade and its Impact on the Yemeni Trade Balance for the Period ((2000-2015)) Presented by the students: Lutf Shafeeq Al-San’ani, Shehab Abdul-Khabeer Al-Areeqi, Omar Ali Mahfel, Bassam Muhammad Al-Shamiri, Alaa Samir Al-Dhahabani, the late Mustafa Ezi Sarhan, and the supervision of Dr. Majid Muhammad Al-Dulai. The research dealt with foreign trade and its importance in influencing the Yemeni trade balance, as the trade balance is an indicator of the strength of the Yemeni economy and is considered the most important element in the balance of payments. A graduation project for students of the Administration Department was also discussed in English for the project submitted by the students. The names of the students are: Rabab Othman Abu Maher Al-Mikhlafi, Amira Amin Ali Al-Mulsi, Rasha Radman Al-Qudsi and Muhammad Sultan Al-Khoulani, and the title: "The Impact of Institutional Learning Dimensions on Organizational Performance at the Emirates International University" and the supervision of Dr. Sinan Ghallab The discussant Dr. Akram Ali Osman. The research clarified the impact of institutional learning dimensions and interdependence rates between different departments in educational institutions. All the submitted projects won the approval of the supervisors and attendees during the discussion, and the projects presented an outstanding level for all students in the department, which reflects the university’s level in providing qualitative education to its students and the practical and field training that students receive during their studies at the university. The discussion was attended by a number of faculty members and their assistants, male and female students from various university departments.
