A consultative meeting between the President of the University and the Academic Director of A2Z Language Institute

The President of the Emirates International University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, and the Academic Director of the A2Z Language Institute, Mr. Ahmed Al-Kibsi, held a meeting to discuss aspects of joint cooperation between the university and the Institute. The meeting focused on a number of topics that were discussed for the sake of cooperation and partnership for the service of both parties and their students. The President of the Emirates International University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim, stressed the importance of joint cooperation between educational institutions at the level of universities and institutes, and the employment of all capabilities to support students’ language skills at various stages. The President of the University also stressed the importance of learning English because of its positive role in building students’ personality. The integrated and the critical importance it represents as the global language of science. The President of the University considered that the joint cooperation between the UAE University and the A2Z Language Institute will contribute to the signing of a cooperation and partnership agreement, providing training and teaching language and related skills for students, university professors and staff, as it is the main language of instruction at the university, as well as with regard to students and cadres of the Institute and benefiting from the capabilities of both parties. The president of the university, accompanied by the academic director of the institute, had been briefed on the capabilities of the institute and the progress of the educational process in it, as well as visiting some classrooms.
