The Emirates International University - Yemen is participating in the national competition "Yemeni Innovator" sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as the first competition held in this field at the level of Yemen. Where the competition will be shown on the Yemeni satellite channel during the holy month of Ramadan from 11 pm to 12 pm. About 200 innovators from different parties and people with innovations will compete in the competition, and the best three projects will be selected and given valuable prizes estimated at a car and 500,000 Yemeni riyals for each contestant. The best 10 projects will be sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It is worth noting that the university, through its students, participates in a number of innovative projects who will enter the competition within the framework of the competition and will be shown during the program's episodes, and Dr. Hatem Al-Deais, Head of the Mechatronics Department is one of the jury members in the program.
