The Emirates University honors Captain Mohammed Al-Thalaya during the inauguration of the University's Football League

The Emirates International University honored Captain Mohamed Abdel Wahab Al Thalaya, captain of the first team of the university and player of the national youth team, during the inauguration of the university’s football league today, Monday, at Al Wahda Club Stadium in the capital, Sana’a. The Vice President of the University, Prof. Hassan Abdel-Mughni, honored the player with the university's shield for gifted students. The Vice President stressed that honoring talented and distinguished students is an approach adopted by the university to motivate its students to unleash their abilities in various fields, provide the best and achieve positive competition inside and outside the university and at the national level. Dr. Hassan pointed to the support and care given by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, His Excellency Professor Sultan bin Obaid Al-Shaya, and the presidency of the university represented by the President of the University, Dr. Najib Al-Kumaim, and the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, and the attention and follow-up to all talented students and the university students in general, and their keenness to honor the distinguished among them. It is noteworthy that Captain Mohammed Al-Thalaya is one of the students of the Emirates International University, majoring in Oil and Gas Engineering, level four, College of Engineering and Information Technology, and captain of the first team of the university.
