The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences continues to discuss graduation projects for students in a number of college departments, in the presence of Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, Dean of the College, a number of department heads and assistant staff. Where the graduation research papers submitted by student groups were discussed, and the research presented by the first group of students from the Department of International Business, entitled: Strategic Management and its Impact on Raising the Performance of Business Organizations “Applied to Sony Corporation) was prepared by students: Abdul-Malik Saleh Muqsaa and Amin Nasser Arman. , Ahmad Hussein Nejad, Muhammad Qaid Daghsan, Abdel-Fattah Al-Zaqari, and Amr Al-Ayani, under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali. The second group of the Department of International Business, entitled: "The Role of Human Resources Management Practice in Institutional Discrimination" was presented by the students: Fahd Obaidil and Massad Muhammad Massad Obaidil and under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Al-Haj. The third group of students from the Accounting Department presented their research entitled: The Impact of Electronic Accounting on the Efficiency of the Internal Control System. Presented by the students: Hudhaifa Al-Faqih, Abdullah Al-Qadi, Abdullah Al-Haimi, Khaled Harith Al-Sarfi, Anis Ahmed Al-Yahiri, and Amjad Abdullah Awfan, under the supervision of Dr. Mohsen Babqi. The fourth group of the Department of International Business Administration presented its research entitled: “The Role of E-Marketing in Achieving Competitive Advantage” An Applied Study on YemenSoft Company, which was presented by the students: Eithar Muhammad Al-Sharif, Iman Hamid Tastas, Ghadeer Ali Jaid, Ashwaq Ahmed Al-Sanbani, and Shaima Najib Al-Maamari And under the supervision of Dr. Fahmy Al-Daqqaf. The fifth group of the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences presented its research entitled: The extent to which the principles of total quality management are applied in insurance companies, "An Applied Study on the United Insurance Company", presented by students: Nashwa Abdel Rahim Mansour, Shaima Muhammad Ahmed Seif, Ohoud Abdo Ismail Al-Areeqi, and Balqis Abdel-Jalil. Al-Dabai, under the supervision of Dr. Fahmy Al-Daqqaf. The sixth group of the Accounting Department presented their research entitled: The Efficiency of the External Auditor’s Skills in Collecting and Evaluating Evidence in the Light of Computerized Information Systems, submitted by students: Amr Al-Torb, Khawla Tastas, Samar Al-Salahi, and under the supervision of Dr. Nashwan Ghalis. While the seventh group of the Accounting Department presented its research entitled: Obstacles to the application of the cost system based on activities in pharmaceutical factories, presented by the students: Alaa Hussein Al-Shahari, Abdul Karim Al-Maamari, Ahmed Mahyoub Al-Mikhlafi, Yassin Saeed Al-Sabri, and Nasr Mansour Al-Silwi, and under the supervision of Dr. Mohsen Babaki. . The eighth group, from the Department of International Business Administration, presented its research entitled: The Impact of Social Responsibility on the Company’s Reputation, presented by the students: Iyad Khaled Al-Jabali, Zidan Al-Suhaibi, Ahmed Abu Shawareb, Louay Hassan, Salem Al-Muntaser, Sahar Al-Ruwaishan, and Lana Khaled Al-Haddad, and under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad calculi. The ninth group from the Department of Management Information Systems presented its research entitled: An Android application for delivering customer requests, submitted by the students: Osama Anwar Hussein, Osama Faisal Al-Noamani, Adnan Adel Al-Akwa, and under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Sultan Al-Hijami. The tenth group of the Department of Management Information Systems presented its research entitled: An electronic marketing website for household products, submitted by the students: Ghadeer Al-Khazen, Kholoud Al-Faqih, Zahra Suleiman, Ilham Muhammad Al-Idrisi, Mona Al-Mushki, and under the supervision of Dr. / Ahmed Sultan Al-Hijami. The eleventh group from the Department of Management Information Systems presented its research entitled: An Android application for weddings and events, submitted by the students: Dina Haider, Fatima Ghamdan, Shaima Al-Athori, and under the supervision of Professor: Akram Othman The twelfth group from the Department of Management Information Systems presented its research entitled: Application of my journey to the process of connecting students to the Emirates International University, which was presented by the students: Sundus Ali Al-Ruwaishan, Aseel Fayzan Al-Saqqaf, Sarah Al-Qasimi, Alaa Sabouneh. Under the supervision of Dr. Nasser Al-Maori. The thirteenth group from the Department of International Business Administration presented its research entitled: The impact of leadership style on employee performance Prepared by the students: Muhammad Samir Qaid Al-Qudsi, Osama Faisal Mahdi, Ali Badr Ali Ibri, Rafida Abdullah Al-Qulaisi, Ahmed Hussein Abdo Ali and Daoud Muhammad Muthanna Al-Yafei, under the supervision of Dr. Imad Al-Ramada and the discussion committee. The fourteenth group from the Department of International Business Administration presented their research entitled: The impact of compensation and incentives on the employees' performance of preparing students Hussam Amin Al-Maqtari, Nader Anis Anam, Ahmed Ali Al-Dalali, Noureddine Faisal Al-Fakhri, Moaz Abdullah Fadel and under the supervision of Dr. Imad Al-Ramada. The fifteenth group from the Department of Management Information Systems presented its research entitled: “Android Application for Reserving Wedding and Event Halls” presented by the students: Nashwa Nayel Al-Sharabi, Wasel Adnan Ataa, Ahmed Yahya Al-Yarimi and Osama Muhammad Al-Khawi and under the supervision of Professor / Ahmed Sultan Al-Hijami.
