Today, Tuesday, the Emirates International University organized a reception for new students at the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences for the academic year 2020-2021 AD, under the generous patronage of the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kumaim. And in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, the Head of the Accounting Department, Dr. Fahmy Al-Daqaf, the Academic Coordinator of the College, Professor Waseem Farea, the Dean of the College, Ms. Roaa Al-Mujahid, a number of faculty members and their assistants, the university’s staff in the relevant departments and departments, and the Secretary-General of the University Student Forum. At the opening of the ceremony, the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kamim, delivered a speech in which he welcomed the new students, wishing them success in their university stage. He pointed out that the university represents a lofty academic edifice that offers distinguished educational programs linked to its community and prepares its graduates to work and serve the country through its academic programs and the multiplicity and diversity of specializations, which is what It is in line with the university’s vision emanating from its 2025 strategy regarding the contribution to improving the level and outcomes of higher education in Yemen. The university president called on students to adhere to and preserve customs and traditions, and to adhere to public order and morals, as members of the university family, and as ambassadors and representatives outside the university campus. The president of the university also urged the students to belong to the homeland and their university to create an honorable future for themselves, their country and their society. The President of the University conveyed the congratulations of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, members of the Council and the General Secretariat of the University to their sons and daughters, the new male and female students, on the start of their first academic year at the university level, wishing them a scientific path full of success, excellence and success. For his part, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences welcomed the new students in the various departments of the college, noting the importance of exerting more effort and academic achievement, and wishing the students academic years crowned with success and excellence.
