Emirates International University - Sana'a Job Title: Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit Management: Quality Assurance Center Responsible to: Dean of the Quality Assurance Center Job objective: Manage the measurement and evaluation unit at the Quality Assurance Center and implement the related action plans in line with the Quality Center bylaw. Duties and Job Duties: - Work to develop a vision and mission for the unit of measurement and evaluation in line with the vision and mission of the center and the university. Defining and building standards and criteria for measurement and evaluation at the university. - Supervising the preparation of a guide for measurement and evaluation at the university. Contribute to the development of the internal quality system of the center. - Supervising and participating in spreading the culture of measurement and evaluation by holding training courses, workshops, lectures and seminars. Working on diversifying measurement methods and adopting modern methods in the field of performance measurement and evaluation. - Designing questionnaires and data collection tools related to measurement and evaluation, supervising their application, processing their data, and writing reports and proposals resulting from the results. Submit a report on the results of performance evaluation at the university on a regular basis. - Supervising the implementation of the evaluation of faculty members, academic leaders, the general secretariat, administrators, specialists and all employees, and analyzing the results and submitting them to the Dean of the Center. - Supervising the conduct of studies to measure the satisfaction of beneficiaries and related parties to the university. - Supervising the periodic update of performance indicators in the evaluation models. - Submitting the evaluation results and evaluation proposals to the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance. - Any other tasks assigned to him by the Dean of the Center. Job requirements: Qualifications: PhD in measurement and evaluation. At least an assistant professor. Of experience: At least five years of experience in the field of measurement, evaluation and quality. Languages: Arabic - English Other requirements: High and distinguished administrative and leadership skills. Ability to communicate and direct. Accuracy and organization in work. - The ability to use a computer.
