The UAE University organizes a symposium on the manifestations of building the Islamic state from the biography of the Greatest Messenger, and its connection to building the modern Islamic state

The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the Emirates International University organized, this morning, Wednesday, 08 Rabi` al-Awwal 1446 AH, in cooperation with the Charitable Society for Teaching the Holy Quran, a valuable scientific symposium on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, for the year 1446 AH. This symposium came under the title "Manifestations of Building the Islamic State from the Biography of the Greatest Messenger and its Connection to Building the Modern Islamic State".

 

The symposium aimed to shed light on important aspects of the life of the Messenger, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, and to draw lessons and morals from his fragrant biography in building strong, cohesive societies, and to enhance awareness of the importance of adhering to authentic Islamic values in building modern states.

 

 At the opening of the symposium, the university president, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofri, stressed the university's keenness to organize such scientific and cultural events, which enhance the university's role as a center for science and knowledge, and contribute to spreading awareness of Islamic values and principles that can be a model for building a modern and advanced society. 

 

The symposium addressed various aspects of the life of the Messenger, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, and his role in building the first Islamic state, while linking it to the challenges facing contemporary Islamic states. 

 

A group of researchers and specialists spoke at the symposium, including: 

 

Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali: who spoke about the cultural and social axis in building the Islamic state, reviewing the lessons and morals learned from the biography of the Messenger, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, in this field. 

 

Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi: who addressed the political and administrative axis, explaining the mechanisms of governance established by the Messenger, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, and their role in achieving stability and justice. 

 

 Dr. Khaled Al-Jumaili: who presented a presentation on the military and security axis, enlightened by the biography of the Messenger, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, in building a deterrent military force that contributed to confronting enemies and spreading Islam, achieving conquests and protecting the Islamic state. 

 

The symposium was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, Dr. Fouad Hanash, Secretary-General of the University, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Fareh, a number of the university's academic and administrative staff and a crowd of students.
