Emirates International University launches a program to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, may the best prayers and peace be upon him and his family

Within the framework of promoting noble Islamic values and commemorating the birth of the guiding Prophet, may the best prayers and peace be upon him and his family, the Emirates International University announced today, Thursday, in the expanded meeting held after the end of the cultural day, the launch of the program of events celebrating the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad for the year 1446 AH, which will continue from the 2nd of Rabi` al-Awwal until the 20th of Rabi` al-Awwal. 

The program includes a variety of events and activities that aim to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, by following the example of the Messenger, following his path, and walking in his footsteps, and reminding us of his noble morals, and how to adhere to them in our daily lives.. and promoting Islamic values in the university community, which contributes to building an aware generation that adheres to its religion and morals. 

 The program of events includes decorating university buildings, printing awareness boards, wall magazines, brochures and booklets expressing the occasion, and organizing cultural seminars at the college level. The program also includes prophetic meetings for university staff, during which the exploits of the Prophet Muhammad, his family and the flags of guidance will be discussed and reviewed. 

In addition, a cultural competition will be launched aimed at enhancing religious and cultural knowledge among students. A central celebration event will be organized at the university on Wednesday, Rabi` al-Awwal 6, 1446 AH, to celebrate this great anniversary. 

During the inauguration, the university president, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mufri, stressed that celebrating the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet is an opportunity to enhance noble Islamic values in the souls of students and society, and to follow his example in all the nation's positions, starting with jihad and his dealings in all areas of life. 

Pointing out the importance of following the biography of the Prophet, may God bless him and his family, who was an example of good morals, mercy and support for the oppressed and the weak. Hoping that this anniversary will be an opportunity to deepen our understanding of his tolerant teachings, and to enhance the spirit of love and cooperation among all. 

The President calls on all university members, academic and administrative staff, and all students, to participate actively in these events, to show the extent of our love and appreciation for the Great Messenger and our adherence to his approach.
