UAE University Organizes a Scientific Symposium on Artificial Intelligence Research Between Past and Present

With the aim of promoting scientific research in the field of artificial intelligence, supporting cooperation between researchers and students, and keeping pace with rapid technological developments, the Emirates International University organized, within the framework of the activities of the Scientific Week of the College of Engineering, a scientific symposium entitled Artificial Intelligence Research Between Past and Present.

The symposium, presented by Dr. Shaima Al-Jabali, addressed a number of topics, including: the history of artificial intelligence in terms of reviewing the most important stations and stages that this field has gone through since its inception, and current applications by discussing practical applications of artificial intelligence in various sectors such as medicine, education and industry.

The symposium also addressed future trends by anticipating future trends of artificial intelligence and its impact on society.. and the challenges and ethical issues associated with the development and use of artificial intelligence.

This symposium comes within the framework of the university's endeavor to achieve its vision of being a center of excellence in the field of scientific research and technological development.
