A delegation from the Charitable Society of Hayel Saeed Group of Companies visits the university to enhance ways of joint cooperation between the two sides

 A delegation from the Charitable Society of the Hayel Saeed Anam & Partners Group of Companies visited the UAE University. The delegation included Mr. Jamal Al-Najjar, General Director of the Charitable Society, Mr. Sami Abdel Majeed, Director of the Society’s Sana’a Branch, Mr. Marwan Al-Sabri, and Professor Izzat Al-Saqqaf, the Educational Scholarships Department of the Society. They were received by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Hanash, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, Dr. Fahmi Al-Dakkaf, Head of the Accounting Department, a number of heads of scientific departments in the College of Engineering, and Professor Marwan Al-Zari, General Registrar.

 During the visit, ways to enhance cooperation between the university and the association in various fields were discussed, including: the fields of education, scientific research, and community service.

 During the meeting, the Secretary-General expressed his thanks and appreciation to the charity delegation for organizing this visit and enhancing ways of cooperation and partnership between the two sides. Stressing the university's commitment to working with the association within the framework of partnership to serve students and achieve common goals.

 For his part, the head of the delegation, the Director General of the Charitable Society, stressed the Charitable Society’s commitment to partnering with educational institutions and enhancing cooperation with the UAE University, for the benefit of the Society’s students and society as a whole.

 The visit included a tour of the university's various facilities, where the delegation was briefed on the modern developments the university has witnessed in recent years, and met with a number of university staff in various colleges.

 At the conclusion of the visit, it was agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding between the university and the charitable association of Hayel Saeed Group of Companies to organize cooperation in various fields.
